LEACEF envisions a diverse, intergenerational community led by servant leaders committed to sustainable growth, service, and empowerment.
Founded in 2011, LEACEF builds on 30+ years of community service legacy, including support from notable foundations, community leaders, and dedicated volunteers. For over a decade, we've created opportunities through education, scholarships, and community programs.
We serve over 5,000 families across 17 Mississippi counties, including Scott, Leake, Smith, Jasper, Attala, Newton, Neshoba, Lauderdale, Madison, Rankin, Hinds, Yazoo, Forrest, Issaquena, Sharkey, Holmes, and Noxubee, with compassion and dedication.
We believe children are responsible for their actions and educational growth. Parents play a vital role in supporting youth with love, security, and encouragement. LEACEF serves as a servant leader, fostering partnerships, leadership, and community engagement to empower and uplift every individual.
